Your Team

We typically work in teams of 2 persons, one which is a Team Leader. Each team member is responsible for given functions or specials jobs: kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, dusting & vacuuming. The Team Leader oversees the tasks being completed and keeps the team member focused on their tasks throughout the cleaning process. Team Leaders also performs the final in home quality check and completes a walk through form to ensure the highest quality of clean possible.

• Are thoroughly trained and certified in all natural and detailed cleaning
• Receive a performance evaluation every 3 months and ongoing professional development
• Are motivated, dependable, friendly, and trustworthy
